Heat Seal Tester(ASTM D2029)

Heat Seal Tester seals the specimen under specified temperature, pressure and dwell time,to test the heat seal strength of laminated films.

Heat Seal Tester conforms to standards of ASTM F2029.

Heat Seal Tester has below FEATURES:

1. Micro-computer control; LCD display; Manu interface, PVC operation board;

2. Seal parameters could be changed in certain extent and be displayed on LCD

3. Underlying double cylinder simultaneous loop

4. P.I.D. temperature controller

5. Two test start mode of manual and foot pedal;

6. Anti-scald design; RS232 port;

Technical Data:

1. Seal temperature: room temperature-300°c (accuracy:±0.2°c)

2. Dwell time: 0.1s-999.9s

3. Dwell pressure: 0.05MPa-0.7MPa

4. Seal surface: 330mm x 10mm
