Heat Sealer(ASTM D2029)

Heat Sealer seals the specimen under specified temperature, pressure and dwell time,to test the heat seal strength of laminated films.

Heat Sealer conforms to standards of ASTM F2029.

Heat Sealer has below FEATURES:

1. Micro-computer control; LCD display; Manu interface, PVC operation board;

2. Five pairs of specimens testable simultaneously;

3. Underlying double cylinder simultaneous loop

4. P.I.D. temperature controller

5. Anti-scald design; RS232 port;

1. Heat Seal Temperature: room temperature~250ºC

2. Dwell Pressure: 0.05 MPa~0.7MPa

3. Dwell Time: 0.1s~999.9s

4. Temperature Accuracy: ±0.2ºC

5. Temperature Gradation: ≤20ºC
